Growing up watching his father make strides in the real estate business, Jason Bradshaw chose to follow in his footsteps. His passion for real estate started when he was a real estate investment banker for JP Morgan Securities. Bradshaw acted as an Associate in the Real Estate and Lodging Investment banking Group. His experience there focused on large mergers and acquisitions.. Bradshaw expanded his experience by getting involved in debt and equity financing.

Mr. Bradshaw earned his Bachelor’s degree from Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA where he majored in History. He and his wife just had their first child.

In 2001 Bradshaw formed Colony Partners, Inc. as an investment and development company. Colony Partners has developed warehouses, up-scale single family residence in Nichols Hills, office and medical buildings. He and his wife, Martha, have two children, Jason and Libby.
