When he’s not hunting, Pat Garrett is managing Garrett and Company LLC where he engages in the management and ownership of residential and commercial real estate. This family business has been an active part of Oklahoma City’s real estate development for over ninety years.

Garrett enjoys the challenge of keeping all of his projects growing. He is the president of Gulf Exploration LLC, an oil and gas exploration company, and the director of Heartland Homes LLC. Heartland, a single-family housing construction company, has grown to cover not only the Metro, but also surrounding areas. Garrett even finds the time to travel East to Tulsa where he manages a manufacturer of industry specific metal products called Fisher Products.

Mr. Garrett is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His sons, Patrick and Billy, have picked up on his enthusiasm for business. As co-manager of Garrett and Company Insurance Agency LLC, Patrick works closely with his father and uncle. They make the property, life and casualty insurance business look easy. Billy recently graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School and is attending New York University Law School working on his L.L.M. in taxation.
