Triangle Development Partners named Guy Terlip as Construction Manger for the coming developments. Mr. Terlip most recently worked for Newport Project Services of Oklahoma City where he was also the Construction Manager overseeing commercial construction including branches of Walgreens and First Fidelity Bank.

Guy Terlip has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. At the direction of Pat Garrett, Anthony McDermid, Bert Belanger, and Ron Bradshaw, he will develop The Brownstones at Maywood Park. The Brownstones are an exclusive residential community comprised of row houses between 2nd Street and 4th Street bordered by Broadway and Walnut Avenues in the area known as “The Triangle”.

“Oklahoma City has no benchmark for a community of this sort. Because this is a new concept in this market, we needed the best; someone who could be innovative yet had a substantial background in construction. Guy Terlip fit the bill.” replied Pat Garrett when asked about the selection of Mr. Terlip Friday. Maywood Park will also be home to multi-use, commercial, and retail developments in subsequent phases.

Triangle Development Partners will be offering 127 Brownstones for sale. Phase 1 begins in March and construction will continue over the next few years.
