RONALD E. BRADSHAW Colony Partners, Inc.


Since the mid 1970s, Ronald Bradshaw has been involved in the real estate business focusing his efforts on office buildings, warehouses and neighborhood shopping centers. Bradshaw took special interest in mixed use developments as they presented an additional challenge. He went on to become president of Fred Jones Realty Corporation and Fred Jones Properties in 1988. From there he advanced to CFO and then president and COO of Autocraft Industries. Bradshaw played a key role in the expansion and acquisition of facilities worldwide.

Bradshaw attended law school and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He serves on the Board of Directors for Charles Machines Works Inc., and the National Bank of Commerce, Oklahoma. His extensive list of activities also includes a member of the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club, past board member of EMSA, Casady School, Bone & Joint Hospital of Oklahoma City, Arts Council of Oklahoma City and the Episcopal Retirement Corporation.

In 2001 Bradshaw formed Colony Partners, Inc. as an investment and development company. Colony Partners has developed warehouses, up-scale single family residence in Nichols Hills, office and medical buildings. He and his wife, Martha, have two children, Jason and Libby.
